3D DESIGN
To ensure the reliability and precision of our pools and spas, we use parametric design software such as RHINO or SolidWorks .
With these cutting-edge tools, we can virtually test each component, validate structural constraints and refine the design in real time. The result: personalized, robust and aesthetically successful projects, perfectly adapted to the requirements of our customers.
SIZING
Finite element design consists of numerically dividing a structure in order to precisely study its mechanical behavior (stress, deformation, etc.).
Thanks to this method, it becomes possible to analyze the forces to which a stainless steel and glass swimming pool or spa will be subjected (water pressure, dynamic loads, thermal expansion, etc.), and to optimize its thickness or reinforcements in a targeted manner.
PLANNING
The drawing up of plans is a key step in the creation of our stainless steel and glass swimming pools and spas. After the 3D design and structural validation phase, we proceed to the development of detailed plans, integrating all the dimensions, annotations and perspectives necessary for manufacturing.
This approach makes it possible to faithfully translate the digital model into precise technical documents, thus facilitating communication between the various stakeholders (design office, production workshop, assembly teams).
NETWORK STUDIES
We ensure the precise sizing of each piece of equipment and produce P&IDs to visualize the entire circuit. The integration of a GTC (Centralized Technical Management) optimizes automation and remote supervision, facilitating maintenance and safety.
